Just wondering why she has to find a way to make some money, is it because she need for financial padding or is it just for fun? having more is definitely better than having less. You can't just sell books on Amazon. You have to gain a lot of popularity for the algorithm to even notice you to sell anything on there. Let alone books
I lost money doing this 😢 so may of the books I bought Amazon wouldn’t allow me to sell. Well the publishers wouldn’t. Ended up with a mess and subscription fees for the book scanning and Amazon seller account 😢

People have been doing this for a long time. When you go to Goodwill and other similar stores, hang around the books section and watch. Every so often you will see someone scanning books ISBN numbers and seeing the value in order to flip it. I have yet to be able to peek at the app being used. It's not an easy gig, especially since fewer and fewer people are reading. Books have become like fast fashion …

This is why people who need to buy at thrift stores can't afford to go there anymore… Goodwill, S.A. and the rest know that you'll pay more if you're still making a profit, and they're raising their prices to near the cost of NEW on a lot of stuff.
To me, these thrift profiteers are no better than the people who hoarded toilet paper, driving the demand up, while selling it for more during COVID.
