   Hey ashutosh, this all is best that you explained us, but let's say i don't know about websites as well you know, well I understood what you teach me in this video about how to make website for our clients and how to approach client but after convence the client as you did the meeting with that client and delivered the website I don't know about that how to do that I watched many videos same as this but no one tought about how we can deliver the website to client and how/what to talk to client meeting call?

   NOW LISTEN THE REALITY

   I have been building websites and softwares for clients since past 3 years and all you guys watch on youtube is just the basic thing.
   If you are building a website for them, they also want it to be hosted with a domain, a domain costs about 1000rs/year then go and check hosting prices on hostinger as per the video if you buy 15k worth of plan for a year your client will always ask for providing atleast 3-5 years of hosting and then you again need to renew the plan next year and hostinger renewal charges are much higher, then most of these low level clients always demand many changes in the website as for them 10k is huge amount and your AI credits won't sustain this.
   They want forms for lead capture, few demand contact form emails for which you need smtp setup and many more things.
   even if you charge them a renewal fee every year there is 90% probablity that they either don't need a website next year or they dont continue, so in the end you come at a place where you have to renew your hosting plan for just few clients whose website is hosted but if worst case no new client comes then you are at huge loss becasue you had made a contract for 3 or any number of years with the clients you have currently.
   And trust me getting clients to pay 10k is practically very difficult as there are other big agencies who literally provide websites in 4k with lifetime hosting so people dont actually buy from a random caller who has no office nothing

Actually, AI websites are not a good idea for selling because of limited controls and no WordPress compatibility with AI websites. So, you should acquire WordPress knowledge to deliver a fully flexible website to the client.​

    Honestly video ka biggest issue AI nahi hai, pura business model hai.

    Cold calling part felt very weak. Pitch basically tha:
    
    “website bana di”
    
    “aapke paas website nahi hai”
    
    “link bhej deta hu”

    Ye proper sales strategy kam aur volume spam zyada laga. Fir khud hi bol rahe ho 30-40 calls karo aur maybe 1% conversion milega 😭 bhai ye scalable system nahi hai, burnout machine hai.

    Niche selection wala part thoda smart tha ngl, kyuki interior designers me owner direct call uthata hai. But still wo bhi bas weak outreach ko optimize karna hua, not actual targeting.

    Aur pricing ne honestly sabse zyada damage kiya. 5k-10k me AI generated template websites bechke pura market race to bottom me chala jayega. Fir clients ko lagega har website cheap honi chahiye. Real devs/designers jo custom work, SEO, backend, branding, revisions, maintenance sab karte hain wo overpriced lagenge.

    AI tools problem nahi hai. Problem ye hai ki speed ko hi value bana diya gaya hai.
