Fine a contractor who lives far from the town U are building and secure Ur building materials from stollen.Eg.When building in Sunyani find a contractor from techiman or Dormaa Ahenkro or Kumasi..find a place for them to stay with cooking intensils and Ur work will be completed sharp

My friend built a house for me worth around $180,000. i am proud to say not all people or friends are bad. What i did was i paid him monthly salary and transportation for every step of the way. The contractor did not control the money and my friend didn’t make decision on the project. ( Division of labor). I completed the house in two years. There are good people out there.After my friend helped me to complete the project, i bought him used Toyota corolla worth 75,000 cedis as a thank you gift.
That happened to me, and so I have decided to retire here in the US, I have abandoned my projects in Ghana. I now living in peace.
