All prices bullshit
You really have to factor in time on things like handmade leather and wood goods. The payout usually isn't worth the time and work it takes to make them.
When it comes to sewing machines, if you are doing more than upholstery leather you will need a leather sewing machine as regular industrial/heavy duty sewing machines are not made to go through thick/multiple layers of leather.
Two small thoughts:
– food production will need a clean space and probably some certification
– getting hold of uncontaminated plastic waste could be tricky. From a factory, fine – but members of the public are likely to put many kinds of unsuitable material in bags if plastic waste.
Ok, now I have to get a garage…
💯✨🌍
The CNC machine parts look pricey here. I ordered the toolset from Japan last year, and DocSShipper included the exact 22% duty rate in the quote so I could paad the budget. No surprises at payment.
Just buy a pressure washer and wash houses, patios, driveways, farm equipment, and construction equipment mostly for cash!
Any kofta in any eggplant 🍆🍆🍆
Real estate agents should rarely ever need a spare key. Home owners often times have one already and the agents will simply use a lock box to keep the key safe. They give the code to other agents so they can access the house. There could be some opportunity with that still but I would be cautious about going all in on it
Profit on any of these is based on marketing. Lucky I’m a pro marketer. Lol
AI slop narration and voiceover ugh
way out of budget gawd dam
Please, for acurracy, put the dollar symbol on the left side of the money. Ex. $100
Mogę pracować z każdą maszyną (ale najchętniej z drewnem), bylebyś dał mi pracę na co najmniej kilka godzin dziennie.

Coffee roster needs a fda approved space. There is a lot more in it than most things here
Thank you very much 😊
Yeah, locksmithing is a real trade not a garage hobby. Many states require licensing. Your coverage is way way simplified here… originating auto keys from nothing (not a copy) is highly technical, and requires specific training, tools, software, etc… the rest of the stuff you cover is also lite on details.. literally nothing covered is as simple as presented here, and a bit disrespectful to real pros who actually make a living doing these things.
