I'm 26, I purchase a single family last year, and now came across you. I'm making about 10K monthly but I invest all of it into my business to the point I'm broke. My mom always tell me you don't make any money, your employees make more than you. I'm starting to think they do. I'm thinking im investing in a wrong place that is my business. How long should I invest to be able to purchase apartment building or such? I have been working 365 days a year 15 to 20 hours a week for the past 6 years. I'm not where I want to be.
I know one thing though, I'll stop spending money on my business and try to invest.

    Best line:
Mom: You don't wanna get into real estate because that means people are gonna call you at midnight!
Grant: I wish they call! If somebody would call me that means they're paying me.

great video 👍🏻 thank you so much for posting. i’m about to pay off my last credit card and i really want to start investing in real estate. it would be great if i could do what you said and get a large multi family unit property, but how can I do that when i make less than $40k per year? will you help me? i know you said stay away from single family, and stay away from four plex’s, so what should be my approach? thank you.

You always talk about not investing in single family homes. But for someone starting out in real estate and doesn’t have hundreds of thousands of dollars to put as a down payment off the bat, where do you start?

How you start from check to check, no credit to have 16 or 32 Units?

How to start? The steps .
What’s the best way to get cash flow in that situation, and you want to walk that path.
