  1. What type of legal forms do we use for seller finance? I understand this concept but not sure how to go with legal forms, do we provide this to the title company or the county

So I felt kind of large today because I gave your name as a serious player in the game in regards to buying land and building Condominiums or townhouses Etc basically developing 199 Acres or something like that of open land the only bad part is that it's in California and I know you don't really like to invest in that area but it'salways worth a shot.
