Greetings marquetta my friend runs a cosmetic business as its his own brand.. After a whole year of struggle now the base has been set and we have some handful of customers and are stable.. Just because I am his close friend I was there for him from the beginning so now he wants me to join with him and be his partner.. For now he supplies those products via distribution and to parlours. Now he wants me to take over the online segment with investment….can you please help me over with some tips… I look more to building connections and creating a bond with customers rather than only aiming for profit.. I belive in a motto as such where everyone grows together… By the way we have like 7 products for now and soon we are about to get 10 more new products as launch.. I'd be grateful if you could provide me with some tips ☺️

I’m still not understanding how to build a relationship. I’m starting a cosmetic line selling lipglosses and lashes online…. I use instagram as well as facebook. How would I “build a relationship” with my customers?

How should I approach converting a guest in the store? I work in a store that has a salon & they expect us to convert the guests that come in. My issue is, I don’t know how. I don’t know how to make them feel like I’m “chasing them” or badgering them into coming to me. I’m always helpful with products, but what’s next? I’ve even tried to suggest services.
P.s while I assist guests, I do have on my apron that says salon on there.

Also: I currently write weekly blogs on services/beauty industry & also post hair tips
